Methamphetamines are a highly dangerous stimulant and addictive. These drugs are referred to as uppers, crank, and speed. They are sold in powder, capsule, and pill form and can be inhaled through the nose, injected, or swallowed. Methamphetamines are the most commonly illegal drug manufactured. 

 

The most commonly way to recognize a Meth Lab:

 

Strong Odors 

The mixing of unusual chemicals in a house, garage or barn by persons not involved in the chemical industry.

 Late night secretive activity in a rural farm area

The possession of chemical glassware by someone not involved in the chemical  industry.

 Possession of unusual chemical, such as Acetone or Coleman Fuel.

Things to look for:

 

 High traffic activity 

Ventilation tubing located on the perimeter of an apartment or house.

 Discoloration of residence from venting , strong odors

Propane bottles, chemical containers.

 

Where to find meth labs:

 

 Campers, trailers, R.V's, Mobile property

Automobiles S.U.V.'s

Mobile homes

 Storage buildings

Housing additions
Apartments, Motels, Houseboats
